Brian Keegan joined Essex Realty Group, LLC in 2021 and focuses on Multi-Family and Mixed-Use Investment Sales throughout the West and Northwest Sides of Chicago. He has facilitated the sale and transaction of more than $70 million of investment property, across 31 separate assets.

He is highly experienced in the Northwest Side Housing Preservation Ordinance District, frequently advising clients on compliance, timing, and strategy when transacting within the area. 

He also has extensive experience working on complex portfolio transactions and value-add investment opportunities. His background in construction and development – including managing more than $30 million in ground-up projects prior to joining Essex – enables him to strategically advise sellers on market positioning and guide buyers through execution, particularly in assets with either operational or physical upside.

Outside of work, Brian enjoys staying active – you might find him at a local softball game or on the golf course.
