Brian Keegan joined Essex Realty Group in 2021 and focuses on Multi-Family and Mixed-Use Investment Sales throughout the North and Northwest Sides of Chicago. He has been involved in the sale and transaction of more than $70 mil­lion of investment property, across 31 separate assets. In addition to brokerage, he serves as the cur­rent leading Director of YREP Chi­cago-a 3,000 member organiza­tion that seeks to create opportu­nities for young people in real es­tate to network with each other and to hear from leaders within the Real Estate Industry.

Prior to joining Essex, Brian worked for a Chicago-based ground-up real estate develop­ment firm, where he managed more than $30 million of active construction/development pro­jects. In his free time, you might find him at a local softball game or on the golf course.
